Amaricano Bianca is the lighter, brighter sibling of Amaricano, the Seattle craft amaro from Fast Penny Spirits. Built on the same Pacific Northwest base of grape brandy and grain spirit, Bianca swaps the dark roots and chocolate notes for a bouquet of pale botanicals: candied lemon, saffron, apricot, chamomile and dandelion, among more than 40 ingredients, sweetened with organic sugar. Bottled at 30% ABV (60 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The taste opens with candied lemon, then saffron, apricot and chamomile dance across the palate before a long, tart, green dandelion bitterness closes it out. It is an ideal aperitivo over ice with soda and a lemon twist, a beautiful replacement for bianco vermouth in a White Negroni or a spritz, and a bright digestivo on a warm evening. A standout in the growing world of American amaro.Buy Amaricano Amaro Bianca online with fast shipping right to your door.
