Description: Nulu Single Barrel 7 Year “Red Hot Cherry Rocket” Bourbon Whiskey is a vibrant and boldly flavored Kentucky straight bourbon selected from a single barrel that showcases expressive fruit and spice character. Aged for seven years in charred American oak, this single-barrel release opens with enticing aromas of ripe cherry, toasted caramel, and vanilla bean, leading into a rich palate layered with red fruit jam, dark brown sugar, baking spice, and a subtle hint of cinnamon heat. Mid-palate notes of toasted oak and cracked black pepper add depth, while a lingering finish of cherry liqueur, toasted almond, and warm spice makes this bottle memorable and fun. Named for its juicy cherry intensity and lively profile, “Red Hot Cherry Rocket” is equally at home neat, on the rocks, or as the star of elevated whiskey cocktails.
